Graduate Student Travel
A limited number of Graduate Student Professional Travel Awards of $200.00 each are available to eligible PhD students. These awards will be distributed equally among departments, with no more than three awards per department. Student eligibility criteria:Graduate Student Travel Award
- Ph.D. student status.
- must be first author and the main presenter of a paper at a national meeting.
- conference must be held within the U.S. or Canada.
- department must provide matching travel support.
- students may receive no more than one travel award per fiscal year.
Instructions:
- Submit a completed Graduate Student Travel Application to the School of Medicine Graduate Programs Office (Room 1128 Scott Hall) for approval.
- For approved travel, submit a completed University Travel Authorization and Expense Report to this office for final processing.
